Each plant has its own lab. An outside NABL-accredited lab also tests our products every 6 months, as FSSAI norms require.

Rice papad, sheeted and cut, joins the Jaspur range.

FRK production starts at Jaspur.

A retort and canning line is commissioned at Rudrapur.
Zippy Edible Products Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2013. Our Jaspur plant started making pasta and vermicelli in 2015. Rice papad, precooked pasta and fortified rice kernels (FRK) followed.
Our Rudrapur plant opened in 2023 for high-moisture plant protein, including soya chaap. A retort and canning line was commissioned there in 2026.
We make food for other brands: 30+ of them across retail and private label, QSR chains, D2C brands and exporters, for 150+ business customers in all. We take on products that need technical work, such as multigrain pasta, high-moisture plant protein and fortified rice kernels.
The two plants cover 130,000 sq ft: Jaspur 100,000 sq ft and Rudrapur 30,000 sq ft. Lines and equipment are on our capabilities page.
