Incorporated in 2013, production started in 2015 from Jaspur, Uttarakhand. Pasta and vermicelli first, then rice papad, fortified rice, gluten-free pasta, instant pasta, and ambient instant dry rice. Plant protein - HMMA soya chaap, kebabs, snacks - launched 2023 from the new Rudrapur plant. Retort and canning commissioned in 2026.

From pasta to plant protein, instant dry rice, fortified staples - building one of India's most capable contract food manufacturers. We focus on products that need real technical depth: gluten-free, multigrain, HMMA, instant dry rice. Not commodity pasta.

Two plants in Uttarakhand: Jaspur (pasta, vermicelli, rice, fortified, papad) and Rudrapur (HMMA chaap, frozen RTC, retort). 130,000 sq ft total.

    Pasta Production Goes Live

    27 MT/day pasta and vermicelli production from the Jaspur plant.

  • 2017

    Capacity Doubled to 65 MT/day

    Pasta and vermicelli capacity expanded to 65 MT/day.

  • 2018

    Long-Cut Vermicelli for Local Market

    Long-cut vermicelli line added for the regional seviyan market.

  • 2019

    Rice and Potato Papad Launched

    Extruded rice papad and potato papad added to the product range.

  • 2020

    Precooked Instant Pasta - First in India

    Launched precooked instant pasta, the first such product made in India.

  • 2021

    Gluten-Free Pasta Range

    Launched gluten-free pasta on dedicated production lines.

  • 2022

    Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) Launched

    FRK manufacturing started for government nutrition programs. Patent granted Dec 2022.

  • 2023

    Rudrapur Plant - HMMA Chaap and Plant Protein Snacks

    Greenfield Rudrapur plant commissioned. Twin-screw HMMA extrusion for soya chaap and ready-to-cook protein snacks.

  • 2025

    100 MT/day Pasta Capacity

    New pasta plant commissioned, taking total pasta capacity to 100 MT/day.

  • 2026

    Retort, Canning, and Instant Dry Rice

    Retort and canning line commissioned in 2026. Ambient instant dry rice production launched. Expanded protein product range.
