Milling & Ingredient Preparation

In-house milling for rice and select specialty grains gives us control over flour freshness and particle size. For specialty products, dedicated milling available when required.

Mixing & Hydration

Precise ratios of flour, water, and additives are mixed under controlled conditions. For multigrain and protein-enriched variants, multiple flours are blended to achieve target nutrition profiles.

Extrusion & Shaping

Four European extruders (Pavan, GEA, Hemaks) shape the dough through Teflon dies into any pasta format - penne, fusilli, macaroni, vermicelli, or custom shapes. Multiple lines allow parallel production of different products.

Drying or Steam Cooking

Standard pasta enters multi-zone dryers for controlled dehydration. Precooked/instant pasta goes through Italian steam tunnels that pre-gelatinize the starch, cutting consumer cook time from 12-15 minutes to 2-7 minutes.

Quality Control & Packaging

Every batch is tested in our in-house lab for moisture, texture, cooking quality, and food safety. Multiple VFFS packing machines and automated cup packaging lines handle retail, bulk, and cup noodle formats.
