Both developing & developed countries are hence shifting more towards plant-based protein sources.

After seeing demand for pasta rise and consumer expectations changing, we commissioned a dedicated Gluten-free pasta facility in 2021 with automatic european machinery. Depending on needs of our client, we can offer pre-formulated products as well as work on customized solutions.
After few years of establishing the pasta industry and seeing growth in healthy instant products & quick cook segment, Zippy Edibles commissioned an Instant pasta line from Italy in 2019. This product is available in Instant & Quick Cook format.
Made using India's first Fortified Rice Kernels(FRK) process patent, our FRK have higher visual and textural similarity to regular rice than competitive products. We also take great care in making sure our FRK is up to the quality standards of our customers as well as regulatory requirements.

Made with Italian technology, these ready-to-fry formed potato pellets are a highly acceptable alternative to cut potato chips. These have a distinct texture and available in different shapes and flavors. Formed potato pellets also offer an economical alternative to potato chips due to low oil absorbption.

We have roller and hammer mills to produce rice flour and grits of different granulations. We use sortex cleaned rice and have destoners and dust-removers to make sure any rice we mill is free from any impurities. Our pricing is very attractive due to easy availability of raw material.
For making our rice-based products and gluten-free pasta, we have set up multiple mills including roller and hammer mill to produce rice flour and grits of different granulations. We are open to supplying the rice flours and grits to other manufacturers for their products, such as those making idli mixes, baked products and snack pellets.
