Kebabs & Tikka
Veg kebabs made from HMMA soy protein, with full meat-mimic textures. Seekh kebab holds shape on the skewer and through tandoor or microwave reheat. Galouti delivers soft-mouthfeel for premium menu builds. Both finished frozen SKUs and unflavoured kebab base supplied; QSR chains and cloud kitchens often layer their own marinade. Our soya tikka is on a national QSR chain's rice-bowl menu in South India. It holds through delivery and on hot-hold counters, and the fibrous HMMA layers absorb marinade. Wet textured soy protein (HMMA, high-moisture). Dry TVP (soya chunks and granules) is extruded at low moisture and soaked before cooking. We extrude soy protein at high moisture (HMMA) on a twin-screw line at Rudrapur, with a different formulation for each product, so it is fibrous, already hydrated and ready to cook. Then we cut it (keema, shreds, chunks) or form it (seekh, nuggets, patties and similar), and supply it frozen. It serves two buyer types: B2B protein ingredients for food manufacturers, meat processors and meat-extender applications, and finished frozen ready-to-cook products (seekh kebab, galouti kebab, nuggets, popcorn nuggets, patties, cheese balls, drumsticks) for brands, QSR chains and export. With 10 MT/day HMMA extrusion, a 3-pass coating line, a continuous fryer and 250 MT cold storage, we offer end-to-end private label and contract manufacturing (co-packing).
