Veg kebabs built on the HMMA base, full meat-mimic textures. Seekh kebab holds shape on the skewer and through tandoor or microwave reheat. Galouti delivers soft-mouthfeel for premium menu builds. Specialty Products

Whole-muscle formats - veg protein steak, tikka, sausages, and momos for retail, QSR menu add-ons, and ready-meal kits. The veg protein steak is a centre-of-plate hero format: marinated HMMA fillet with crosshatch scoring and visible char, fibrous interior that holds marinade and grills like real meat. Tava-ready and grill-ready, frozen or retort pouch. Our tikka format is in commercial production for leading QSR chains on rice-bowl menus across India. Holds through delivery, holds on hot-hold counters, and rehydrates marinade cleanly through fibrous HMMA layering. Sausages and momos run on the same line with custom seasoning. How It’s Made

HMMA Base Production

Soy protein flour is processed through our Coperion ZSK 54 HMMA extruder to create the textured protein base, with over 50% protein on dry basis - the foundation for all our ingredient SKUs and finished snacks.

Cutting & Forming

The HMMA base is cut and formed into the requested format - bulk ingredient SKUs (mince, slices, chunks, shreds, chaap rolls) or formed snacks (nuggets, kebabs, patties, drumsticks, cheese balls, tandoori fish). Custom shapes available for brand-specific products.

Coating & Seasoning

Finished snacks pass through our 3-pass coating line for consistent, even coverage. Batter, breading, and seasoning are applied in controlled layers. Custom coating formulations developed for each customer.

Frying & Cooking

Coated products go through the continuous fryer for uniform cooking and crispy texture. Temperature and time are precisely controlled for consistent results across every batch.

Freezing & Packaging

Products are rapidly frozen using an IQF spiral freezer and a trolley blast freezer. Bulk B2B packaging for ingredients (cartons or food-grade sacks) and retail or foodservice packaging for snacks. Cold chain maintained from production to dispatch.

How are HMMA products different from TVP?+
TVP (textured vegetable protein) uses dry extrusion - the result is spongy, with uniform texture that doesn't resemble real meat. HMMA (High-Moisture Meat Analog) uses our Coperion twin-screw extruder at high moisture and shear to create layered, fibrous protein with realistic meat-like texture. The difference is immediately noticeable in taste, mouthfeel, and cooking behavior.
Can the ingredients be used as a meat extender?+
Yes, this is a growing use case. Our textured protein mince and chunks blend cleanly with animal meat in sausage, kebab, and patty applications. Improves yield, protein-on-protein cost ratio, and reduces cook-loss. Formulations can be tuned for specific meat types and inclusion ratios.
Do you offer private label manufacturing for finished snacks?+
